Every year a group of ladies from our parish take it upon themselves to make gifts for the 2nd grade students who receive the Sacrament of First Eucharist during the Easter Season.  We thank Ann Husovitz for making so many rosaries in the past, that we have enough for our Communicants this year; and thanks to Jo O’Hara for making enough scapulars last year, that we can provide this year’s 2nd grade students with scapulars.  Also, special thanks to the ladies who helped our young people make their Sacrament banners at the 2nd Grade Retreat and the volunteer kitchen crew who served everyone a warm and delicious lunch.
