Faith Formation
No matter how old or young, everyone is involved together
in a "journey of a lifetime" in exploring our Catholic faith. As seen
below, Saint Sebastian offers many services and programs involving religious
education and faith formation. If you are interested in obtaining more

Adult Bible Study
Adults interested in meeting to study and understand the
Bible.
Adult Education/Formation Sessions
Adults interested in learning more about their faith in
days and evenings of recollection, sharing, and discussing their faith and
topics of the day.
Catechists (Pre-School and Kindergarten)
Assist with teaching children on Sundays during the 10:00
AM Mass.
Catechists (Grades 1 - 5) - Religious Education
Program
Assist with teaching children on Mondays from 6:15 - 7:30
PM.
Christian Initiation for Children
Adults who work with families of children (age 7 and
above) who are preparing for Baptism, Confirmation, and/or First Eucharist.
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
Assist with adults preparing to become members of the
Catholic Church.
Baptism Preparation
Present the Baptism session to expectant parents (six
sessions per year)
Marriage Preparation
Couples assist at sessions with couples preparing for
marriage (four sessions per year)
Summer Bible School
Assist with the one-week program in June for children in
pre-school through Grade 5
